Cousins Mariko and Jillian Tamaki won three awards at the 2024 Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards.

The winners were announced at an event on July 26 during the San Diego Comic-Con.

The Tamakis were nominated in three categories for their graphic novel Roaming, published by Drawn & Quarterly: best graphic album, best writer, and best penciller/inker. They won in all three categories.

More than 10 Canadians were among the nominees across 32 categories for this year’s Eisner Awards.
