Access Copyright is collaborating with voicEd Radio, an internet radio station dedicated to public education, on a podcast series, “I Value Canadian Stories,” dedicated to children’s and YA writing.
The series features conversations with teachers and authors such as Eric Walters, David Robertson, and Sylvia McNicoll in its investigation of the importance of Canadian storytelling. The initiative was launched and is hosted by voicEd Radio founder and Access Copyright board director Stephen Hurley.
Originally planned as a 15-episode series, there are plans to extend the program, which runs every weekday at 2 p.m. EDT. On-demand listening is also available at voiced.ca/project/i-value-canadian-stories-the-podcast.
