Prose in the Park Literary Festival and Book Fair
June 3–4
The Ottawa Independent Writers presents the Prose in the Park, a bilingual literary festival and book fair, with George Elliot Clarke, Xue Yiwei, Steven Heighton, Vera Wabegijig, Heather O’Neill, Charles de Lint, Cecil Foster, Andrew Pyper, Caroline Pignat, Saleema Nawaz, Myrtelle Devilmé and more. Poetic Prelude poetry readings take place on June 3 at Origin Studio, 57 Lyndale Ave., 6:30–9 p.m., with the festival and book fair the following day, June 4, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Parkdale Park.
